Terms of return and exchange

Goods ordered in our online store, could be returned (exchanged) within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, according to the Law of Ukraine " Protection of Consumer Rights". If the product's quality doesn't match the list of quality of goods, which are not subject to exchange (return) in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172. the return of goods that are not suitable for the buyer for any reason is possible in such cases.
