A HYBRID ceramic heating panel combines two types of heating – infrared and convection. This helps to achieve perfect conditions – fast warming of the air and objects in the room. A panel with a temperature of 65-70°C is an effective infrared thermal source operating in the long-wave range of 7-14 μm. Convection heat flow is formed between the wall and the panel, the back side of which is heated to 80-85°C. A high level of thermal efficiency reduces heating costs by several times.
Effective and even heating of the rooms involves the use of low-powered panels, which are installed in the biggest zones of heat loss. When heating the room with the HYBRID system, it is possible to distribute heat sources correctly, in order to avoid the excessively cold or hot zones.
Panels are made of natural ceramics with high heat accumulation characteristics and slow heat transfer after the device is turned off.
Ceramics is an ideal material for the transmission of far-infrared waves. HYBRID panels are monolithic devices with maximum durability. The calibrated ceramics is hermetically fixed in the device casing with the eco-friendly compound. The polymer-coated casing is made of metal of a special width. A flexible thermal cable is used as a heating element, inserted between the casing and ceramics. This cable is heat-resistant and outperforms traditional heating elements. It has a relatively low surface temperature, which ensures a long lifetime.
